Spirit Walk This adventure gets to the heart of the KODAMA level. We’ll practice skills to increase our awareness and mindfulness of the complex living systems we’re passing through. Become attuned to the rhythms of the environment and feel your body fall in line as you become aware of your very real connection to the place through breath, temperature, the pressure of your feet on the ground. You are impacting it and it is impacting you. If you struggle with any emotional or mood issues, even trauma and substance abuse, you may find this adventure especially helpful. The Super Powers course is a good foundation for the skills we’ll practice, but if you haven’t taken that yet, you can still get a lot out of this one.
